HOW DOES IT WORK?

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK? Payment is paid from our clients directly to you.  Each client pays a little differently. The directions for payment will be provided in advance of each job so you should never wonder how you get paid.

WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS? We are an online talent booking/casting service company. We are not an classic talent agency. We work on a job to job basis. We do not have profiles or username/passwords.

DO YOU SIGN TALENT? We do not "sign" talent like a main stream normal agency does. We work on a job to job basis. All talent acknowledge that its a one time gig and they are not employees of All Around Talent.  Talent agree to be hired as contractors not employees.  There is no guarantee of being booked.  All Around Talent does not determine who is contracted for any given job.  Jobs are paid as a flat rate.

HOW DOES IT WORK? Basically, our talent brokers review your submission directly or through one of our casting services.  If you fit the requirements for a particular job, we provide you with further directions on how to apply for each job. Each job is unique and different. Ultimately we do not make the decision as to if you are hired.  This is made on a job to job basis by our clients as a contractor.

WILL I GET AN OFFICIAL JOB AGREEMENT? Yes, but ONLY if you are selected for a specific job by our client. We do not make that final decision.  ALL jobs will have a specific job agreement with all details sent to you for the one time job you are hired for.  You are not confirmed for any job until this agreement is completed. Once its completed we will release your information to the client.

WILL YOU LET ME KNOW IF I AM NOT SELECTED?  No sorry, there is simply not enough time to do that, but we appreciate all applicants and you never know if there will be another job you book with us at another time.  We do not hire any talent for regular gigs like a staffing agnecy might do.  These are one time jobs.

ARE THERE FEES TO APPLY?  There are no fees and we do not sell anything.  Our job is to provide our corporate clients with the talent they need.  Most of our jobs are within the hair and beauty industry.  All rates for each job are clearly stated. They are not negotiable.  Specific terms are always provided first.  Talent do not need to apply for every job they see.

HOW DO YOU MAKE MONEY? We only make money if you make money; therefore we have a shared mutual interest to get for you to get the job.  All Around Talent is not accountable for payments not made to them from the client.  We do not hire you, our client's hire you.  We simply service the process.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?  We have been in business for 16 years.

 

WHERE DO YOU BOOK TALENT?  We book talent throughout the entire country.

WILL THIS BE A FULL TIME JOB? No sorry.

​

DO YOU ACCEPT GENERAL SUBMISSIONS? Yes, we accept them (See below). When we have a job in your region you will receive an email from us with all the details.

DO I HAVE TO CREATE A PROFILE OR LOGIN?  No there are no profiles or logins. 

 

HOW DO CASTINGS WORK? There are two types of castings.

• LIVE CASTINGS - require a registration agreement and an in person audition. When there is an audition you must register to get the exact time and location (ALWAYS FREE). Its just a normal traditional audition.

• DIGITAL CASTINGS - requires a specific submission and completed job agreement link if you are selected?

If you book the job you make money, if you don't, you don't make money. It never costs to audition and we never try to sell you anything. Its that simple! We often use a variety of casting services to find talent. We do not have the final say as to whether any talent books or not.

 

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE? All talent must be legally 18 and legal to work in the job location. Talent can be of all ages over 18, all nationalities, all sexes, and all sizes.  Each job has its own request and will be specified in the casting breakdown.  THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS! We do not make the requirements for each job.  The client does.

 

AM I HIRED AS AN EMPLOYEE?  No, all talent are hired as irregular contractors on form W9, not employees. All Around Talent does not decide to hire you.  The client is the one that hires you. We simply process the procedure.  If you earn over $600.00 in a fiscal year, you will receive tax form 1099 NEC from us on or before January 31st in your email.  You are responsible for your own taxes. Please refer to all of our terms & conditions  for a full review of our policies.  

 

WHAT OTHER REQUIREMENTS ARE THERE?  The requirements vary dramatically for each job.    We do not set the requirements, our clients do.

ARE EXPENSES PAID? No sorry, expenses are not paid. All our castings are intended for those willing to work as local hires on a one time basis as a contractor, not an employee.

DIRECTIONS FOR FUTURE CONSIDERATION

    1.  Send an email to CASTING@ALLAROUNDTALENT.COM

    2. Title the email with the word "NEW", then your name, then nearest major city. (ie. NEW - Jane Doe - Los Angeles)

    3. Attach 4 photos; a selfie within the past 7 days, a headshot, a bodyshot, and another shot of your choosing. Please also attach an appropriate resume.  Do not submit photos with you and other people, wearing sunglasses, or in black and white. DO NOT send SNAPCHAT/BEAUTY filtered photos; we will automatically delete those submissions. We need to see you!

    4. List ALL your physical sizes in the body of the email.

    5. Leave your contact number.

    6. We will contact you when we have something available in your area if we think you can book it.  These casting breakdowns will have specific rates, dates, and requirements. You then can decide to apply if you are available and willing to work at the rate provided. Not all casting breakdowns you receive will apply to you.
