TALENT INFO & PAYMENTS
WHO PAYS ME?
Information will be provided in advance for each job. Payment will come from the client directly OR from via Paypal. Paypal requires you to provide W9 information. Ultimately, the client is the one that pays you the money as a contractor. We do not hire anybody as an employee. The money comes from the client. We help service the agreement.
LEGAL - All models must be 18 or over, legal to work in the United States, and have a social security number to work as a contractor via form W9.
DO I NEED TO FILL OUT PAPERWORK?
Some clients will have their own forms to fill out at the job site or in advance. Each job is a little different. Paperwork with us is all electronic. Talent fill out a job agreement link prior to any audition or job..
HOW LONG DOES PAYMENT TAKE? (top question)
Our clients averages 5 to 45 days to send out payments out. We turn payment around within 2 business days of receipt. The trend is becoming faster and faster. Some clients still mail us checks which can add more time for payment receipt. Each client pays a little differently. Some pay talent directly. Directions will be supplied to you how the client will be paying you BEFORE any job.
If it is past the time your payment should have reached you, please be sure to email casting@allaroundtalent.com with your name, brand you worked for, date you worked, and location you worked with "PAYMENT CONCERN" in the subject line. We will assist you to help you get paid the best we can. Due to the sensitivity of payment issues, we do request that payment issues be addressed IF NEEDED by email for documentation purposes. Payment punctuality is one of our top priorities for all talent. The client makes payment to you.
WHERE IS PAYMENT SENT TO? It is sent to the address on your W9 form or your bank account if you are paid directly from the client. If you are paid through us, the money is sent to your Paypal account. Payment will vary from client to client depending on their payment method. This info is provided in advance of each casting.
WHAT KIND OF JOBS DO YOU BOOK? Honestly we book all types of jobs. Hair and beauty models are requested the most from All Around Talent, but we are absolutely not limited to that one industry. We have recently started booking models for the Crypto Currency market. Overall we have booked ALL kinds of talent; hence the name "All Around Talent".
USAGE: Some commercial print jobs pay for usage in terms of time and how it is to be used as they should be. Every now and then the usage expires (not often). If you catch that, report this to us immediately. Email director@allaroundtalent.com with "RENEWAL NEEDED". All renewal agreements will be at minus 10% of the total negotiated rate.
NOTE 1 - It is the model's responsibility to report this to us if your images are being used past the expiration. We unfortunately cannot scan every website, marketing material, social media sites, etc. All Around Talent will not be held accountable for overuse that is not reported to us. If reported to us we will do our best effort to renegotiate a renewal/re-use extension. Keep an eye out for your images and report to us if they are being used. Please take photos.
NOTE 2 - It is very important to always clarify the usage of any print shoot PRIOR to working a job. If no terms are established, clients may use your images in perpetuity (aka forever).
OTHER PAYMENT INFO. You must be legal to work in the US (on jobs in the US) and have a social security number. You are paid as an contractor not an employee. This means you cannot file unemployment with us. No taxes are taken out
TAX FORMS - Any models that earn over $600 from any company in a tax year will receive a 1099 from our client if they paid you directly OR from Paypal on form 1099-K on or before January 31 (US CITIZENS ONLY).
PROCESSING FEES - All Around Talent does not pay for any processing fees via 3rd party payment companies such as Paypal.
SPAM - We highly encourage models to add us to your contacts to be sure we go to your primary inbox, not your spam, social, or promotions tab. All Around Talent cannot control email servers and will not be held accountable for any forms that go to your spam.
JOB TIMING
What if I worked in December but got paid in January? The date the check is issued is the date which the fiscal year payment is applied to, so its not always the date you worked.
IS THIS SECURE?
As with all businesses today, the security of your information is important to us. We do not share your information with anybody. All of your information is secure using the most up date security. We would love to explain the process to you, but that would not be too smart in terms of security.
DO I NEED A VOUCHER/TIMESHEET?
Click VOUCHER BUTTON at the top of the page to download a timesheet. Timesheets must be signed and filled out for every job that is paid by the hour. Flat rate jobs do NOT need a timesheet. Hair model jobs do not need a voucher.
DOES IT COST TO AUDITION? NO, absolutely not! Many of you whom are new to the industry and don't know us often ask if it costs to audition. The answer is a ABSOLUTELY NOT. It never costs to audition and never should.
DO YOU SELL ANYTHING? NO, we do not sell any products, nor do we sell headshots. We do not refer out companies that do.
DO I NEED TO SET UP A PROFILE or A USERNAME/PASSWORD?
No, we like to keep it simple. You have to fill out a registration agreement for EACH in person casting or a job agreement link for Digital castings.

DO YOU HAVE START UP FEES? NO, we do not charge any weird start up fees.
Basically, we recommend that you ignore anybody trying to sell you anything at any castings; we don't know them and they should not be there. Its unfortunate that we even have to say all this. Watch out for websites that charge you anything to join. There are a lot of them out there that are very poor and take more money than you ever make AND a few that are good.
Here is a simple test. Calculate your end of the year totals to see if you paid more or made more at the end of the year. If you paid more, simply STOP and cancel immediately. With us you have a 100% guarantee you can only possibly make more. Its pretty easy when we don't charge anything to audition or submit through us.
HOW MUCH DO I GET PAID?
The rate for each job is clearly stated on the casting breakdown page, registration page, and details page. The rate is not negotiable. If you don't like the rate offered, simply don't agree to it and wait for a job which you like the rate. Directions for each job for payment will be provided. They vary from client to client.
