3. IF YOU BOOK (are selected at the audition) PLEASE BE SURE TO CLICK "TALENT FORMS" under the "I AM TALENT" link on our website to fill out a W9 form for payment. If you worked with us before and have not moved or changed your name, then you do NOT need to fill this out again.

AUDITION TIME - 100pm Thursday January 1st (try to arrive 15 early)

RATE - $3500.00 minus ZERO%, (possible residuals at minus 10%)

WORK DATES - The job works March 13th

WARDROBE NOTE - 

1. TWO "Color" head shots with All Around Talent written on the back.

2. NO MAKEUP: Light mascara and neutral lip-gloss only

3. WARDROBE: Cami or tank top OK. Something that shows your neck and decolletage area.

4. HAIR: Bring hair tie, headband to pull your hair back if needed.
